❤ Updating the blog: Sabah Wildlife Ambassador ❤

Hello readers!! It has been a long time since I last updated this page, a lot of things had happen such and so far I can say it is good and hope it will get better. Speaking of updating this is also the once in a blue moon time where I am updating my blog skins and all but this time is only the blog skin though. Probally next time I will experiment this blog using skins from blogskins, never tried it brfore but t wouldn't be that hard to figure those html code. Right?

So moving on to the next smal thing to share, I have a very interesting video to share with all of you. This is a video about wildlife and I hope this video won't triger any misunderstanding as I want to show how wild animals are a friendly creature and we as the caretakers should be the one who worried about them and taking care of them.

Unexpected Best Photo Of The Week

Hello readers!!! This week theme challenge for Breeze Model Search (BMS) is 'Fierce Seduction' and guess who's accompany us for the shooting yesterday? Its Suria the Albino Python snake and Amber the normal Python!! I'm not scared of any animals including reptiles, in fact I LOVE them and I can't think of any animals that can make me afraid of them. 

Back to the topic, yesterday, our location shoot is at Lokawi Wildlife Park. As soon as we done with our make-ups, we went to our location for the shoot and meet our companion which is Suria and Amber. When we first arrived, there's a few contestant who are crying seeing the snake and scared to even touch it.

Some of us (the contestant) doing a shoot with Suria and the other half is with Amber. Most contestant have hard time with Suria because she's TOO heavy!! She weights at 13-15 kg and that will be a hard time for the contestant. Thank goodness Amber is bearable during shooting. 

So for today elimination week, the best photo was won by me!! It is really an unexpected and I was quite shocked for getting on the top for this week challenge. What I promise to myself last week has come true BUT to maintain this stats is difficult so I will try to at least to maintain my stats on the top list. Here are my best photo

Still, I feel shocked that my photo was chosen as the best photo of the week. Since I had trouble with the location cuz I think that I didn't stand out in the photo (even thinking that Amber stand out more than me) but as what the judges said, what you see and what we see is different. I am very thankful for everything especially to God for his blessings. Not to forget the judges  , the photographer and support from my friends as well. Again here's a BIG THANK YOU from me!! XD I hope that I can still maintain my stats to be in the top list or in the best photo.

Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals also known as SPCA is a non-profit organization that was established to prevent the cruelty to animals, giving them a shelter for the homeless one, feed them and giving them a loving and caring family not only among others animals but also a human companion. 

Another reason this organization was established is to spread awareness to our communities on how to prevent cruelty to animals as well knowing what kind of cruelty that afflict to these wonderful animals (in my perception). I strongly believe that if we as the society involved in this organization, we can gain more loving and caring value in our hearts and be more aware about the cruelty happen in our surroundings.

Project AWARE 2010!! Be AWARE of our sea and the underwater creatures!!

On 25th September, Chloe and I attend the Project AWARE in conjunction with the worldwide cleanups day to support and help the marine creatures underwater and also the beach cleanups. What I miss the most is diving and pick up the rubbish underwater (lol), but I support this Project 100%!! Project AWARE involved cleaning the beaches and underwater, the reason for this project is not only to create an awareness to citizen but also is another way on how we can help in maintaining the beauties of our beaches and island as well for the underwater creatures. 

I arrived at Sutera Harbour jetty about 7.00am and went to register myself. Here's what all the participate get after registering. 

Jennifer and Clement from Borneo Divers Training Institute (BDTI) was happy to see me participated in this project and support them because Project Aware is under BDTI. Chloe saw me and the first thing we usually do is...taking pictures, hahah.

Below is the design of the project aware t-shirt.

There are two design but the other one look too plan for me,

so I choose this one. There's another color in this design

which is grey, orange, pink, blue, and red.

  

After about 30 minutes fooling around, we get in the boat and headed to Mamutik Island.

When we arrived, again we took some picture. The vanity 
never ends, LOL.

we had our breakfast at Mamutik, it's only a light breakfast and that's good cuz I don't eat heavy meals for breakfast. Next, we went to Pondok Tulai to gather for a welcoming speech from Clement Lee, the managing director for PADI and Datuk Masidi Manjun, The Minister of Tourism.

    Bored of waiting, so I decide to snap random photos.

This is Chloe's and my equipment for diving, I almost forgot all the things I learned
but thank God he reminds me...:D

 And they even put our names on our equipment

We were so excited to go diving till we put on our wet suit quickly. While waiting

we snap a few photos to kill time.

And here where the fun part begins!! DIVING TIME!! XD

But unfortunately I don't have any photo to show while underwater,

so I'm just gonna skip this part.

*insert diving part moment*

After diving we were a bit disappointed because we didn't manage to collect 

amount of trash that we were expecting in our first dive. Again, while waiting for the second dive 

we snap some picture after the first dive.

Gosh, you can see the effect from the mask we wore.

Lol!! 

Got our certificate for joining the Project Aware..

Then again the second dive began and once again I don't have photos for this

part. Anyway, the second dive was a huge success cuz we collected more amount of trash than  

what we were expected. Until our trash bag was full but seeing too many rubbish makes you

unstoppable to get your hands on the rubbish.

When the program has ended I still manage to took some picture.

For instance like this...

And so, we headed back to sutera harbour...

Overall, this program is fun to join since we helping mother nature at the same time brings

such a joyful time to everyone. I hope next year BDTI will be organize this event again. 

Operation on a cat..

Last Saturday our cats was sent to Sabah Medical Animal Clinic, if I'm not mistaken..It was located behind Petronas near Luyang(I guest)....I'm not really sure what's the name of the area and now our cat has been barren. Here are some picture of them..the cats I mean. Ahhh,miow... you can't get Pregnant...pity you.


This is Tik short from 'cantik'.She's the prettiest cat in the family. Her character is Blossom in Powerpuff Girl. Haha..

This is Pica, the most active and hyper cat in the family. This picture is like a passport picture to me.

This is Bino, the albino cat. The slowest cat among the three of them. Slowest as in the way she react on certain situation.

Look closely on their stomach..the three of them has the same stomach as this one. Sometimes it hard to play with them cause I think they'll be in pain if I accidentally touch their belly, well I don't touch it purposely of course. Miow.... get well soon...(^-^)..
