Bridal Fair and Show At Beverly Hotel. Great Wedding Dresses to Witness!!

About a week ago there's a Bridal Fair at Beverly Hotel, this fair is also open for public but only few people who came, not much of advertisement in this part. 

The event started at 12pm and we (the models) have to be there before 7am. Is a good thing that I make it before 7am :) As soon as we finish breakfast, we begin to start preparing especially on the make-up. Make-up sponsored by Groom2Life and as for the wedding dresses, it was from Romance Bridal (Citymall).

The income was a little bit rushing since we have to rush to the backstage before the VIP arrive, with our ken ken and wedding dress put on. My hair was set at the backstage...and a few minutes later the show begins. Here are the dresses I'm wearing. Each of the models wears 4 dresses.

 

This is the first dress which is usually a wedding Dress, its making me 

walk TOO carefully so that I don't step on the tail (because the dress is so long)

while walking but anyhow I did. Hope no one notice it :) Thank God that

the stage have enough space for me to make a U-turn. It looks weird when

I see myself not smiling. LOL

Yep, another non-smiling-face (I look like piss-off-face, Lmao). This is an Evening Dress if I'm 

not mistaken. I never imagine myself wearing a pink dress, lol, so this is how I look like.

After the two dresses is done, we're moving on to the next item which is promoting pearls jewelry (I forgot what the company's name). Anyway, we were wearing black cocktail dress which is our own dress but I borrowed from Anna since I don't have any black cocktail dress.

pretty heavy and to wear it, you just need to tie

the ribbon from the back. A simple one.

Then move on to the next dress, we have another two more dresses to wear.

 Its too bad that its not a full view picture of the dress.

And the last dress is.....

Hahaha, this dress reminds me of Beauty and the Beast. The part 

when Bell wearing her yellow ballroom dress. Remember?

I like this dress because its a bright color.

Then our show ends there but the fair was still on for the public to view. After that we snaps a few pictures outside the room. Here are some of the photos :)

KENTE3 Singing Competition!! (Heat 2)

PRESENTING!!!

 

On 19th Feb 2011 (Saturday), I was in for KENTE3 singing competition which KENTE is the short form for Kadus Entertainment Next Top Entertainer (if I'm not mistaken). It was held at Pusakag Cafe, Donggongon just in front of Penampang Megalong. 

I planed all my hair and outfit to be a bit grand since the song I'll be singing is Ginawoku kagasan (Dusun) by Caroline Yusuf and second song is I'm Alive by Celine Dion. This is my hair-do choice,

And when I match this hair-do with my dress, it looks like this :)

The Performance start at 7.30 pm but  of course the contestant have to be there at 6.30 pm. Noting much to write here anyway so I'm skipping this part. Move on to my performance I was nervous till I mess up my singing voice, urgghhh, lack of practice to be exact. Here are some of my pictures during the performance...

Then here comes the moment of truth!!! The result!!!! Well, I didn't put my hopes on to much when it finally comes to this part. But anyhow I manage to move on to semi-final round though I make it through just by the wild cards voting and not the judges pick. There are another two contestant with me. Take a look.

Well, this is the most boring post I can came up with. Every time when we know that our picture or name will be publish in the news, we eagerly want to buy that news right? I mean who the hell didn't want to keep it for future reference or just simply put it in your 'News Collection' for your own records.

Miss Suria Sabah Final!!!

I know this post was like 3 weeks ago but what the heck, I'm gonna post it anyway just for reference, hahaha.

Miss Suria Sabah Final stage finally has come and I'm proud to tell you that I didn't won't any subsidiary tittle, but its okay. I know it all along since I'm just a beginner and there's much more people who deserve to get it much more than me. The event suppose to start at 1.00 pm but the event started at 2.00pm, penat ni menunggu.

So we were doing kinda fashion show out of it which first round  is casual wear and our introduction as well.
I choose Kawae store for my casual wear but I'm suppose to choose it at Metrojaya if I'm not mistaken. Here are my choice...

I just realize how skinny my legs are than

the last time. Guess my getting-skinny 

progress are going well.

Next round is the beachwear, but before went to the second round, here goes the talent round. I don't do much just singing but I mange to impress the crowd and the panel judges, yeah me, hahaha!

REALLYYY, nervous at this moment...I was

talking to Sheldon that time.

Waiting for the song to play. This pose was a little dumb for me, LOL.

Should do better next time. My song tittle is I'm Alive by Celine Dion.

Hahaha, this time I just simply dance without knowing

what to do next. see the grinned on my face, means that I'm

about to laugh dancing that way.

Finally after 16 contestant doing talent show (well, not all of them), we reached the second round which is beachwear.

End of the second round here comes the third round...evening wear. Its hard to choose the perfect dress since we have limited choice. But anyway, I manage to get the one that suit me.

 Before went on stage..

 I should wear my own heels, this heels doesn't 

help me much.

  

And that's the end of the show. While waiting the result, I was wondering around looking for Sheldon. Soon after that, when the result was ready, we went on stage and all of us get a certificate (which I don't know what I'm supposed to do with it).

 The event ends around 5.30pm and overall I'm having so much fun to be able to make it as a finalist. Well, out of 33 contestant and I was chosen to be one of them, so bangga juga la kan. But I still have much more to learn though.

 Last but not list, this was the Big Thing in my whole day....

TADDDAA!!! Being able to snap a photo with one of my top idol

(Amber Chia) is truly a dream come true for me!!

Well, it means a lot. XD
